We will do our utmost to deliver the products you order, to you, as quickly as possible, at the best possible price, and in good condition. We aim to deliver the best customer service we possibly can, and hope that your experience of shopping with Jo's Jeans and Casual Clothing is a good one!
In return we ask that you have reasonable expectations of us!
We cannot possibly hold every permutation of size and colour available in every style, but we will do our best.
We also ask that you treat us fairly - we cannot accept goods for return that have been worn or washed, and we do expect that should you wish to return or exchange an item, you do so in good time (usually within two or three weeks of receiving your order.) If you try to save on postage by returning an item on your next visit to Cornwall we may not be able to help - some styles go out of stock very quickly, or get reduced out of season!
Please ensure that when making a return you enclose a note with your name and address and a short note saying what you would like us to do, a refund an exchange etc. If you have telephoned or e-mailed beforehand (which helps, particularly with exchanges, to ensure we have the right size or colour,) please still enclose the note - quite often there are several instances of a garment sold, so it helps us know who the parcel belongs to!

We will hold our prices as long as we can, all stock currently held will stay at the current prices, but please be aware there are price rises coming that are completely out of our and Deal's control.
