Payment Methods

Online by Credit or Debit Card

We accept most Credit cards and Debit cards. The card processing is handled by the HSBC, one of the world leaders in electronic banking. If any item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as we can to let you know, either by telephone or e-mail, and either offer alternatives, or let you know when the item will be coming back into stock. If a suitable alternative is not available, or we are unable to arrange more stock in the near future, we will arrange a prompt repayment to your card.
We regret we are currently unable to accept American Express online - if you would like to use AMEX for your order, please give us a call on 01326 315173, and we can process your order over the phone.

Verified By Visa Scheme

As an extra step in the protection of your card details, we participate in the Verified by Visa Scheme. This is an extra step instituted by the banks that asks you to enter a code that you may have already arranged with your card issuer. If you have never shopped online before, you will need to register the card that you are using with the scheme. If you would prefer not to, please order by telephone, or pay by cheque.

Nochex

Nochex is a highly respected third party payment gateway that processes credit and debit card transactions securely. They also take part in the Mastercard Securecode/Verified by Visa Scheme, as an additional stage to protect your card security.

By Cheque

Although it takes a little longer, many people still prefer to pay by cheque. Please use the option to place a postal order, and print the form that is presented, and send that, along with your cheque payable to 'Jo's Jeans' to our postal address shown on the bottom of the form. Please note, we can only accept UK cheques in Sterling, with your address and the number of your cheque guarantee card on the reverse.

Billing Address

The billing address refers to the address that you have the statement sent of the card you are using to pay. If requesting delivery to an address other than the card's billing address, (if its a gift, or you'd like it delivered to work rather than home, for example,) we may need to contact you, either by email or phone to confirm this, and may require additional security details. (Sorry but this is for your protection!)
